Nick Shipston
Director Christchurch born and bred, Nick has been involved in the print industry since finishing studying at the University of Canterbury in 1994. Originally selling second hand equipment for Canterbury Copiers Ltd, he then moved to Mita Copiers as an Account Manager, and eventually to KMBE as Sales Manager.
Nick’s interests include sailing and motocross.

David Dalton
Director Another Christchurch lad, David has over ten years experience in the print industry. David attended St Bedes, and then the University of Canterbury where he obtained a B Com in 1998. In 2000 David joined KMBE as Printer Representative, and was soon promoted to a senior Account Manager.
His interests include touch rugby, bowls, and golf.

Michael Schrader
Account Manager A proud long-time resident of Heathcote Valley, Michael has a wealth of experience as an Account Manager, and is the consummate professional when it comes to providing clients with the perfect print technology for their specific needs. Michael is an avid mountain biker, and plays Football for Cashmere Wanderers.

Steve McKean
Account Manager Steve is the resident “Aussie Battler” at KMBE, and worked for four years as a Print Solutions Specialist in Brisbane before emigrating to Christchurch. Steve’s specialty is the KMBE Document Solution Program, which provides all inclusive equipment and on-site service plans tailored to a clients specific requirements. Steve also plays first grade rugby for Belfast and cricket for Burnside respectively.

John Garry
Technical Manager John originally hails from Dunedin, and has an unparalleled depth of knowledge in all aspects of print networking, and copier, printer, and wide format equipment service. John joined KMBE in 1997 as a Senior Technician, and returned from a two year hiatus with Xerox UK in 2001 to manage the KMBE Service Department.
John enjoys playing senior cricket for Heathcote, as well as spending time with his young family.

Nicola Whitta
Service Controller Nicola has been with KMBE in the role of Service Controller since 2001. Nicola is an expert in the management of all facets of our Service Department, allocating and monitoring tasks to our six mobile Service Technicians, as well as organising all Workshop maintenance and warranty work. She takes the art of multi-tasking to a whole other level.

Karyn McKenzie
Customer Services
Karyn has worked for many years in the print industry, originally in her home province of Southland, and for the last three years here at KMBE. Karyn handles our staff training and customer service duties, as well as sales of paper and bulk toner purchases. Karyn is a mother of three, and a top level competition ballroom dancer.

Tania McNaught
Administration Manager
Tania has managed our Accounts Department for many years, and brings a wealth of knowledge including extensive banking industry experience to this role. She is available to discuss any accounts related query you may have. Tania is very passionate about karate and is both a tutor, and a top level competitor. Both traits that may come in handy overseeing accounts receivable!

Wendy is a very experienced member of our Accounts Team, and is competent in all aspects of our Accounts Department. Wendy is a mother of two and is a keen runner.
